Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Concierge Service Specialist to assist our clients with a variety of home management and concierge tasks. The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive, and capable of maintaining client confidentiality while providing high-quality service. This is a part-time role with minimal hours initially, with the opportunity to grow as more clients are added.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform bi-weekly or scheduled home checks for clients, following a detailed checklist of tasks.

  • Assist with concierge tasks such as gift wrapping, party planning, coordinating day-of setup, and other special requests.

  • Communicate directly with clients to clarify tasks, note changes, or receive instructions.

  • Report completed tasks via email or checklist submission after each visit.

  • Purchase, organize, or source products on behalf of clients, following established procedures for reimbursement.

  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times.

  • Support multiple clients as needed, with flexibility to adjust schedules.

  • Report any issues, damages, or observations promptly to the owner.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in concierge services, professional organizing, or personal assistant work preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.

  • Comfortable with occasional travel to client homes within the local area.

  • Reliable, trustworthy, and professional demeanor.

Compensation

  • $20 per hour

  • Flexible schedule, with hours increasing as additional clients are added
